Weekend Use
Camp Tukabatchee and Camp
Hobbs are both available for use during the non-summer camp periods.
These fees were current last time we checked. They are subject to change. The council office in Montgomery will be the final authority on all fees.
To use Camp Tukabatchee or Camp Hobbs:
1) Call the council office at 334-262-2697 or 800-977-2688. Speak with Denise Miller.
2) Complete and submit a camp use permit. 7 days notice is required. Do not wait until the last minute. Use the links here to get the permit. Fill it out and fax it to the number listed or scan and email it to the address listed. Camp Tukabatchee permit - Camp Hobbs permit
3) Complete a tour permit. 7 days notice is required. Do not wait until the last minute.
Water is generally turned off in camp in early November and remains off until late March. Water may be turned on during that period if weather is permitting. Ask Denise when making your reservation.

- Pavilions are available at no cost, first come, first served
- Use of the C.O.P.E and shooting sports areas are restricted. Fees for both are determined on the group size and number of staff required.
- At Camp Tukabatchee, the day use and overnight fees may be waived should the scout unit elect to contribute 2 hours to an approved service project at camp.
- All council sponsored events (Cub carnivals, OA functions, etc.) are exempt from these fees as these costs are considered in the activity budgets.
- Boats are for use at Camp Tukabatchee only.
